摘要
目的 探讨胆囊结石症与膳食及相关危险因素的关系。方法 采用 1∶ 1配对病例对照研究方法 ,收集某大学第一附属医院普外科胆囊手术患者 70例作为病例组 ,收集同期住院的非肝胆疾病的其他患者 70例作为对照组 ,两组间同性别、同民族 ,每对内年龄相差± 3岁 ,对所得资料进行单因素条件 L ogistic回归分析及多元条件 L ogistic回归分析。结果 早餐不规律、肥胖、高饱和脂肪及高胆固醇膳食、肉食进食过多、喜食煎炸、奶油食品等为胆囊结石的危险因素。结论 针对胆囊结石的危险因素 ,应改善生活方式 ,调整膳食结构 ,预防胆囊结石的发生。
Objective To study the association between gallstone disease and dietary risk factors. Methods An 1:1 case control study was carried out. 70 pathologically diagnosed gallstone cases and their matched pairs were investigated. The data were analyzed by conditional logistic regression. Results Irregular breakfast, obesity, high fat and hypercholesterol diet, much carnivorous, fried food and cream were risk factors for gallstone disease. Conclusions It's important to improve life style and to modulate dietary pattern to prevent gallstone disease.
