摘要
1概述
肾黏液性小管状和梭形细胞癌（Mucinoustubularandspindlecellcarcinoma，MTSCC）是一种非常少见、具有特殊生物学行为的一类肾细胞癌。2004年WHO泌尿和男性生殖系统肿瘤分类中将之确定为一种独立的肾上皮肿瘤，定义为：具有黏液样小管状和梭形细胞特点，属于低级别的多形性肾脏上皮肿瘤，此前文献多认为其是一种恶性程度很低的肾癌，
