摘要
通过指数富集的配体系统进化技术(SELEX)能够获得特异性的寡核苷酸配体,即核酸适配体(Aptamer).Aptamer是一类新型的分子探针,应用该技术已经成功在体外筛选出急性髓系白血病等白血病细胞特异性适配体,为从分子水平建立一种简便、快速、精准的白血病诊断新方法提供了可能.
Aptamer, a high specificity of oligonucleotide ligand gained through systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment ( SELEX), is a new type of molecular probes. The application of this technology has successfully screened acute myeloid leukemia and other leukemia cell-specific aptamer in vitro. It also provides the possibility to establish a simple, rapid, accurate diagnosis of leukemia at the molecular level.
