摘要
近几年,高职学生特别是农业院校高职学生的就业十分困难,究其原因为农业院校高职学生的就业竞争力不足。针对农业院校体制建设中存在的专业结构不合理、就业指导力度欠缺、学生自身就业心理准备不足、就业观念陈旧的问题,从推进学校教育教学改革、加强学生就业指导等方面对如何提升农业院校高职学生就业竞争力提出了一些建议。
This paper analyzes the problems including unreasonable agricultural college system ex- isting in the construction of specialty structure, the lack of strengthening employment guidance, the lack of employment psychological preparation of students, and the old concepts in employment. Simultaneously, some preliminary suggestions are put forward for the improvement of employment competitiveness of students from agricultural higher vocational colleges by promoting school education teaching reform and strengthening the students employment guidance, etc.
