摘要
大学生的就业力,是大学毕业生在培养目标下,顺利就业并取得良好职业发展轨迹的重要因素,体现了专业教育的效果。在借鉴其他学者对就业力内容框架设定的基础上,根据酒店管理专业本科生培养目标,提出酒店管理专业本科生就业力的内容框架。在就业力的提升上,提出提升管理能力是就业力提升的有效途径。
The employability of college students is an important factor for them to have successful employment and make a good career track in future under the training objectives in college.The employability also reflects the effect of professional education.Learning from other scholars’ content framework of the employability,this article proposed the framework of the employability force of Hotel Management Majors according to the basis of hotel management undergraduate training objectives,the article clearly raised the enhancement of management capacity is a critical point and the effective entry point for employability improvement,and management capabilities and the evaluation of the ideas put forward on this basis.
