摘要
广东省75所高校新入职青年教师的就业满意度调查显示:就业满意度受不同因素的影响。新入职高校教师的入职心理特点为:1.新入职教师就业满意度普遍较高。多数新教师对高校目前提供的物质满意度较差,但在归属、安全和个人实现上均有较高满意度。2.就业动机显著影响新入职教师的就业满意度,其中以个人的兴趣爱好和单位对人才器重为基础就业的满意度显著较高。3.专业对口是唯一显著影响就业满意度的人口学因素,表明新入职教师对所学的专业知识的应用存在比较高的期望。高等学校应采针对新教师不同的入职心理状态,采取相应的措施,实行人文管理,增强组织与老师之间的心理理解,促进教师与高校的共同发展。
Job satisfaction of the new young teachers in 75 Universities and colleges in Guangdong Province were investigated,which results showed that Job satisfaction influenced by different factors.The pre-service mentality characteristics were the following: 1.New teachers job satisfaction was generally high,which the mental satisfaction was higher than material satisfaction.2.New teachers’ job satisfaction was influenced significantly by the employment motivation which individual interest and attention to talents of school was significantly higher than other else.3.Professional counterparts were the only factor significant affecting on job satisfaction,which indicated that,the new teachers has relatively high expectation on the application of the professional knowledge.According to the Mentality of new teachers,higher schools should take corresponding measures,humanistic management,to enhance the organization between the teacher and the psychological understanding,promote the common development of teachers in colleges and universities.
