摘要
借鉴KAUFFMAN的NK模型思想,构建引入关系强度F的扩展NK仿真模型,通过研究参与房地产开发的主体、各主体间的相互关系K以及关系强度F,分析房地产开发过程中各行为主体的作用关系对房地产开发效率的影响。结果发现,在房地产开发过程中,各行为主体之间的相互作用关系K以及主体之间的关系强度F是影响效率值的关键因素。随着K和F的变化,房地产的开发效率会有明显的变化。
By studying participants involving in real estate exploitation and relationship among agents as well as the strength, idea of KAUFFMAN＇s NK model was adopted to build simulation model and analyze the efficiency of real estate exploitation. The results show that relationship among agents K and the strength of relationship F are the main factors which affect efficiency if number of members in the course of real estate exploitation N is certain. With the fluctuation of parameters K and F, the efficiency of real estate is shown an obvious variation.
