一种新型激光智能水位测量系统的研制 被引量:17

摘要 在港口中测量船舶吃水度时,国内外主要通过人工读水尺的方法,不仅危险性大,且测量精度不高。激光的高度相干性、高度单色性、方向性强、亮度高等特性使其在激光测距领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文采用相位法激光测距仪作为无合作目标激光水位传感器,研制了一种新型激光智能水位实时在线测量系统。进行了实验室和现场实验,验证了系统的应用范围及测量精度。结果表明,在水面静止且水质浑浊度大于300NTU的情况下,测量精度为±1.5mm;在水面晃动情况下,测量周期为1min和3min时水位数据的离散性较大,测量周期为5min时测量精度可达±3mm。系统的最大测量距离可达12m。 In port, the ship waterline measurement by manpower read method is often employed to determine shipping capacity at home and abroad. Not only there is the risk, but also the measuring accuracy is lower. It has a broad prospect of applications in laser ranging field due to its high coherence,high mono-chromaticity,strong direction and high brightness. A new water level measuring system, using laser rangefinder sensor with phase method as laser water level sensor without cooperative target,is presented. The laboratory and field experiments have been done to confirm the application field and measuring accuracy of the system. The results show that the measuring accuracy could reach ; 1.5 mm in calm water when the water turbidity value is greater than 300 NTU. Furthermore, the measuring results disperse widely when the measuring period takes 1 or 3 rain and the measuring accuracy can reach ;3 rnm for the measuring period of 5 rain in case of the water surface sloshing. The maximum measuring distance of the system could reach 12 m.
