"The Right to be Forgotten":A New Proposal for Personal Data Protection

摘要 2012年,欧盟出台了一项有关个人信息保护的改革方案,主张民众有权要求相关机构删除有关他们的个人数据。这项新的权利被称为"被遗忘的权利",本文阐述了该项权利的法理渊源,分析了该项权利的主要内容,并探讨了该项权利对言论自由的影响,最后讨论了将该项权利移植到我国将遇到的问题以及相关的对策。 The EU recently passed a new proposal for personal data protection, suggesting that individuals have the right to demand invotved parties to aelete pel^w~t＊ new type of right is called ＂the right to be forgotten. ＂This essay presents the legal sources of the right to be forgotten, then discusses the main contents of the right, and also the influence of the right on freedom of speech. Finally, this essay discusses the possible problems and strategies involved in the transplantation of this right to China.
