摘要
随着现代信息技术的良好发展,医院信息化也呈现出较好的状态,在国内外的医疗领域当中关于电子病历的研究和开发都已经成为了重点关注的对象。在这其中,最为关键的就是要能够利用一种标准、开放且易于扩展的技术和方法来实现电子病历的功能。可扩展标记语言(XML)采取一种自我描述的方式来对数据结构进行定义,这样就能够实现在描述数据的同时描述结构,基于这样一种特点,XML技术在电子病历及其他一些医疗领域当中已经得到了广泛的研究和应用。本文正是在这样一种背景条件下,对电子病历的基本定义、XML的基本原理、XML在电子病历系统当中的应用以及院际信息共享技术等内容进行了分析和探讨,希望对这样一种技术的进一步探究和深入有所帮助。
With the good development of modem information technology, hospital information showing a better state of the research and development of electronic medical records in the medical fields at home and abroad which have become the focus of the object. Techniques and methods to achieve in this one, the most critical thing is to be able to take advantage of a standard, open and easy to extend the functionality of electronic medical records. Extensible Markup Language （XML） to take a self-described manner to the data structure to be defined, so that while description data describe the structure, can be realized based on such a characteristics in the electronic medical records and other medical fields, XML technologies which has been extensively studied and applied. This article is in such a background conditions, the contents of the basic definition of electronic medical records, the basic principles of XML, XML in electronic medical record system which Intercollegiate information sharing technologies are analyzed and discussed the hope of such a further inquiry and in-depth help.
