摘要
本文详细介绍了半导体激光器驱动电源的工作原理,分别对基于晶体管、场效应管和专用芯片的驱动电源进行分析,对三种驱动电源进行了比较,并设计了一种基于DC/DC转换芯片的可调式激光器驱动电源,该电源输出恒流范围为0-4A,工作性能可靠、稳定,具有较大的应用价值。
This paper introduces the principle of the drive power for semiconductor lasers. The drive powers based on transistor, MOSFET and special chip are analyzed and compared respectively. An adjustable drive power based on DC/DC conversion chip for semiconductor lasers is designed, its output constant current range is 0 - 4 A, which high reliably and steadily and great practical value.
