高压旋喷桩技术在举水河穿越施工中的应用

摘要 湖北省武汉市举水河定向钻穿越长度为957.5m,管道直径1219mm,穿越曲线中间位于硬岩地层,两端为软弱地层,造成在地层界面处钻杆断裂和回拖失败。为此采用了加钢套管隔离软地层和高压旋喷桩固化软地层的方法进行地层改良,使回拖作业一次成功。文章着重介绍了该工程采用钢套管加高压旋喷桩技术的施工工艺和工程实施的具体做法。 The Jushuihe River directional crossing project is located in Wuhan City, having the pipeline crossing length of 957.5 m with the pipeline diameter of 1 219 mm. The crossing curve passes through the rock stratum in the middle section and the soft stratums on both end sections of the crossing curve, which causes the drilling rod broken and towback operation failed at one interface of rock stratum and soft soil stratum. Then the method of using steel casing to insulate soft stratum and high pressure jet grouting piles to solidify soft stratum is adopted, which enables the towback operation to be successful once. The construction process and implementation practice of using this method is illustrated in this paper.
