摘要 脑血管疾病具有高发病率、高复发率、高病死率及高致残率的特点,是世界各国卫生资源的主要消耗性疾病之一。目前缺血性脑卒中的特异有效的治疗方法少且应用受限,所以预防和控制其危险因素、降低其发病率至关重要。缺血性脑卒中的传统危险因素包括高血压、糖尿病、心脏病、高脂血症等。近年研究发现,高同型半胱氨酸(Hyperhomocysteinemia,Hhcy)血症被认为是动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)及血管并发症的一种独立危险因子。本文就Hcy的代谢、Hhcy与AS及脑卒中关系及相关发病机制等进展作一综述。
