摘要
本文根据十八大精神的要求,从公安工作的使命和任务出发,运用历史逻辑和现实逻辑相结合的考察方法,对公安教育培训工作的本质属性进行了深入探讨。提出了公安教育培训是职业教育基础上的素质教育的观点。这对于认识和指导公安教育培训工作具有一定意义。
