摘要
随着信息技术的迅猛发展,网络时代时间与空间的隔阂逐步消弭。网络成为群众意愿常态表达和社会监督的重要形式。但由于公安民警、人民群众的原因以及网络本身的虚拟性、自由性等特点,纷繁复杂的网络环境也为和谐警民关系建设添加了许多不和谐的因素。如何利用网络密切警民关系,促进公安工作的顺利开展,成为摆在各级公安机关面前的重要课题。
With the rapid development of in- formation technology, the barriers of time and space in the network era are gradually eliminated. The network has become an important form of normal expression of the wishes of the masses and the social super- vision. But because of the police officers, the people and the virtual and free charac- teristics of the network itself, the complex network environment added many discor- dant elements for the construction of har- monious relations between the police and the people. How to take advantage of the network to keep close relations between the police and the people and carry out the public security work smoothly have been an important issue placed in front of the public security organs at all levels.
