摘要
研究了噪声对大鼠肝糖原质量分数的影响以及药物防治。对未经过噪声暴露和经过噪声暴露 (未注射药物和注射黄芪 )的大鼠分别进行了肝糖原质量分数的测定。试验结果显示 ,大鼠受到噪声刺激后肝糖原质量分数起初远远低于正常值 ,而随着时间的延长逐渐接近正常值 ;腹腔注射黄芪的效果因噪声暴露时间的延长而增强。黄芪的药效无论是在高强度噪声还是在低强度噪声下都比较持久、稳定。总之 ,腹腔注射黄芪后肝糖原质量分数有所提高 ,基本达到或接近正常水平。研究结果表明黄芪对噪声刺激具有抵抗作用 ,因此可以通过食用含有黄芪的药物或食品来抵抗噪声危害。
This paper describes the experiments of the capability of the astragals toprevent the damage of animal's lever glycogen from noise.The experiments have determined the glycogen contents in big mice lever by exposing andnon exposing to noise, with and without astragals injection. The results show the liver glycogen contents are much lower than the contrast values at the moment of touching the noise, and after a period of time it approaches to the contrast values gradually. The longer exposed time is, the stronger medicine effect of astragals is.The medicine effect of astragals is long and stable irrelevant to the sound inten sity. About all, the liver glycogen contents of the big mice will increase in different levels through injecting astragals and arrivesor approaches the contrast values. The results verify that astragals can improve the capability of the big mice to resist the noise interference.
