摘要
外掺氧化镁筑坝技术和碾压混凝土筑坝技术相结合,可以简化温控措施,少分横缝,从而达到快速筑坝的目的。位于贵州的黄花寨拱坝成功将这两种技术相结合,实现了全坝外掺氧化镁快速浇筑碾压混凝土拱坝。本文介绍了黄花寨拱坝的坝体结构设计、混凝土配合此选择、氧化镁掺量与温度控制设计、施工过程中外掺氧化镁及混凝土质量控制等技术,提出了全坝外掺氧化镁碾压混凝土拱坝技术的设计方法及施工质量控制方法,可为今后该类工程建设提供指导。
The combination of MgO concrete technology and RCC technology can simplify the temperature control measures with fewer contraction joints and finally achieve the goal of rapid dam construction. The two technologies have been successfully applied in the construction of Huang Huazhai arch dam in Guizhou Province, and fast casting of RCC arch dam has been implemented by mixing with magnesium oxide in the whole dam. Structural design of dam, selection of concrete mixture and the design of magnesium oxide content and temperature control in Huang huazhai arch dam are introduced in this paper. Furthermore, the quality control technology of MgO concrete used in Huang huazhai arch dam is presented as well. Finally the design method of arch dam using MgO RCC in the whole dam and the quality control method in construction are proposed. The method introduced in the paper can be used in similar dam constructions.
