摘要
研究了一种测量络纱动态张力变化过程的系统 .系统中设计了一种双孔梁力传感器和简易的测量电路板 .该系统能够对络纱动态张力进行定量测定并绘制张力变化曲线 ,对研究络纱张力变化规律 ,分析影响张力变化的因素以及控制络纱张力波动 ,实现恒张力络筒具有重要的意义 .
A system by which the process of dynamic tension of yarn can be measured is studied.This system includes a force sensor with double holes beam structure and an electronic circuit for measuring .With the help of the system,the dynamic tension process of yarn can be measured and recorded during winding.
