高原环境柴油机准维燃烧模型参数优化研究 被引量:5

A Study on the Parameter Optimization of Quasi-dimensional Combustion Model for Diesel Engine in Plateau Environment

摘要 以准维油滴蒸发模型为基础,建立高原环境柴油机工作过程模型。采用正交试验设计获得燃烧模型关键参数输入样本,以发动机功率、涡前排气温度和最大爆发压力作为目标参数进行模拟。对模拟结果进行回归分析,得出高原环境发动机动力性、热负荷和机械负荷对燃烧模型各参数及其交互作用的灵敏度;基于回归数据建立响应面,并利用改进型非劣分层遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)对燃烧模型参数进行全局寻优,确定高原环境柴油机燃烧模型参数。环境模拟台架试验结果表明:采用优化的燃烧模型计算柴油机外特性,目标参数计算值与试验值最大误差不超过5%。 Based on quasi-dimensional droplet evaporation model, the model for diesel engine working process in plateau environment is established. The key parameters input samples of combustion model are obtained by using orthogonal design of experiment. A simulation is conducted with the engine power, exhaust temperature before turbine and the maximum explosion pressure as objectives, and a regression analysis is performed on the results of simulation to obtain the sensitivities of engine power, thermal load and mechanical load to combustion model parameters and their interaction. The response surfaces are built based on regression data, and a global optimization on combustion model parameters are carried out with improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ)to determine the parameters of combustion model for diesel engine at plateau. The results of environment simulation test show that compared with test data, the maximum error of calculated objective parameters of engine external characteristics with optimized combustion model is less than 5%.
