摘要
用 0 1,0 5,0 9,KGY60 Co γ射线对梁山柚进行辐照脱苦试验。结果表明 ,各处理都有降低梁山柚苦味物质柚苷和抑制乙醇含量上升的效果。但以 0 5KGY处理的效果最好。辐射除导致Vc含量降低外 ,对果实品质无其它不良影响。
Liangsha pomelo(Citrus grandis(L.) Osbeck) fruits after harvest were irradiated with 60 Co γ-rays at 0.1,0.5 and 0.9 KGY to debitterizing.Naringin ,which was responsible for the bitter taste,was reduced and ethanol accumulation inhibited in all treatments. The treatment of 0.5 KGY gave the best result.Irradiation seemed to have no negative influence on fruit quality except that vitamin C content was slightly lowered.
