摘要
通过采用问卷调查的方法,分析了独立学院师资队伍建设存在的问题。调查结果表明,独立学院在师资队伍建设方面,存在着职称结构不合理、教师科研活动少、绝大多数教师对收入不满、多数教师不认同学校的考核办法及人才流失严重等诸多问题。独立学院可以通过优化学术环境、加大师资培训力度、完善激励机制和教师的评价体系等具体措施,促进独立学院师资队伍建设,从而为其师资队伍建设提供了理论依据。
A questionnaire survey was conducted aiming at making an investigation into the status quo of teaching staff in independent colleges. Research showed that there existed problems related to the construction of teaching faculty such as the imbalance of professional structure, the lack in research activities, the unacceptability of current systems of income, grading and man- agement of talents. Optimizing academic environments, strengthening teacher training activities, perfecting incentive mechanisms and teacher evaluation systems are important measures which may lend support to the theoretic construction of teachers'team in in- dependent colleges.
