摘要
目的观察孕妇血清、羊水中催乳素和维生素C的含量,探讨催乳素、维生素C与胎膜早破的关系。方法选择足月胎膜早破孕妇30例(胎膜早破组)和正常足月初产孕妇未破膜者30例(对照组),分别用放免法和高效液相法测定血清及羊水中催乳素与维生素C的含量。结果血清及羊水中,胎膜早破组催乳素水平均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);胎膜早破组维生素C含量明显低于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论胎膜早破血清及羊水中催乳素明显升高,而维生素C含量明显降低,孕妇血清及羊水中催乳素和维生素C的水平与胎膜早破有相关性。
[ Objective ] To explore the relationship between prolactin, vitamin C and premature rupture of membranes, by the way of detecting the expression of prolactin, vitamin C in the serum, amniotic fluid. [Methods] Choose the full-term fetal membrane early broken pregnant woman 30 examples (the PROM group) and the normal full-term first birth pregnant woman not broken membrane 30 examples (control group), the levels of prolacfin in serum and amniotic fluid were detected by radio-immunoassays, the levels of vitamin C in serum and amniotic fluid were detected by HPLC. [Results] In the PROM group vagina secretion the prolaetin is higher than control group obviously, the difference has the significance (P 〈0.05). In the PROM vagina secretion copper, the vitamin C, obvi- ously is lower than the control group, the difference has the significance (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion ] In the PROM group pregnant woman vagina secretion the prolactin content elevates obviously, but the copper, vitamin C content reduce obviously, the levels of vitamin C, prolactin in the serum and amniotic fluid was associated with premature rupture of membranes.
