惯性摩擦焊接头温度场实验研究

摘要 通过实验测定了惯性摩擦焊旋转端及移动端试样的温度场分布规律,结果表明,惯性摩擦焊高速旋转端试样与移动端试样各测温点的温度变化趋势相同,在焊接过程的初始阶段,试样端部温度急剧升高,远离摩擦面部位则主要依靠热传导达到峰值温度;由于高速旋转试样与周围空气的强烈热对流效应,使得其各特征点的温度明显低于移动端相应特征点,其中,靠近焊接端面的温差较大,而远离端面的温度差异则逐渐减小. The temperature distributions of inertial friction welded bars, rotated or moved, were investigated by experimental measurements. It is shown that the temperature distributions of rotated bars and moved bars have the same changing trend during inertia fraction welding. However, the peak temperatures of the characteristic points in the rotated samples are obviously lower than those in moved samples, especially for points near the weld, because of the intense heat convection between the air and the rotated bars with high rotational speed.
