摘要
胆固醇在体内具有重要作用 ,但过多胆固醇的积累会导致许多疾病 ,本文综合阐述了乳中活性成分对胆固醇的去除作用机理 ,以利于进一步引导人们的饮食观念。
Cholesterol has an important effect on man, but too much cholesterol accumulated in the body will lead to lots of diseases. This article summarizes some mechanisms which active contents in milk remove cholesterol in order to lead people dietary conception.
