摘要
对多糖的提取方法进行综述,概述了传统提取法、新型提取法、新型辅助提取法等方法,阐述了各个方法的原理及特点,并将新方法与传统工艺进行对比,以期为今后多糖提取方法的选择提供参考.
This paper reviews the present extraction methods, summarizes the methods of traditional extraction, novel extraction and new auxiliary extraction, and elaborates on the principle and characteristics of each method and compared the new method with traditional technology. It can provide consultation for the selection of polysaccharide extraction.
