摘要
中小企业在我国经济发展中占有十分重要的地位,但面对当前中国经济的转型升级,面对国际、国内复杂的经济环境以及金融危机、欧债危机带来的不利影响,中小企业的生存环境出现恶化。文章对中小企业生存环境的研究以常州为例,常州位于长三角地区,是中国经济发展最快,也是中小企业发展最早、最成功的地区之一,以其为研究对象最有代表性。文章试图探讨经济转型背景下我国中小企业生存环境及优化环境的对策。
Medium and small-sized enterprises （MSEs） play an important part in the development of Chinese economy ,but they are now landed onto a deteriorated survival situation because of Chinese econom- ic transformation, complicated global economic environment, financial crises and European debt crisis. Chan- gzhou lies in the Yangtze River Region and it is one of the areas with the rapidest economic development and the earliest and successful MSEs. Due to its typicality, this present paper, taking Changzhou City-based MSEs as the research objects,is an attempt to probe into their survival environment and provide countermeasures on how to optimize the environment against Chinese economic transformation.
