摘要
结合常州工学院社区流动图书馆管理和服务的实践经验,提出了加强社区流动图书馆工作的一些举措,首先要坚持"普遍开放、平等服务、以人为本"思想,同时社区流动图书馆要积极开展宣传,不断扩大读者范围和充实服务内容,并大胆开拓服务领域,创新服务方式,在管理上要健全规章制度和规范运作流程,努力实现社区流动图书馆的可持续发展。
Based on the management and service experience of CIT community mobile library,the pa- per proposes a number of measures to strengthen community mobile library work. First of all the concept of being "widely open, equal access to services, and people-oriented" should be upheld. Meanwhile the publicity of the community mobile library should be actively carded out to expand the readership enrich the services, and bold efforts should be made in the service areas and innovative services. The rules and regulations of management should be improved and the operational processes standardized to achieve the sustainable devel- opment of the community mobile library.
