摘要
研究分别采用高温干燥、低温干燥和真空冷冻干燥方法对杉木人工林木材进行干燥处理,测定了3种干燥处理材的干缩率和差异干缩,并在33%和85%相对湿度条件下分别测定了3种干燥处理材的湿胀率、差异湿胀和水分吸着率。结果表明:1)3种干燥处理材之间的干缩率、湿胀率和水分吸着率差异显著,均表现为:真空冷冻干燥处理材>低温干燥处理材>高温干燥处理材;2)高温干燥处理材和低温干燥处理材的差异干缩显著高于真空冷冻干燥处理材的差异干缩,前二者之间差异干缩的差异不显著;3)在33%相对湿度下,真空冷冻干燥处理材的差异湿胀显著高于其它2种干燥处理材的差异湿胀,在85%相对湿度下的情况则相反。
Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) plantation wood samples were dried by high-temperature drying (HTD) , low- temperature drying (LTD) and freeze-vacuum drying (FVD) methods. The shrinkage and differential shrinkage of the dried woods specimens were measured under the condition of completely dried. The swelling, differential swelling and moisture adsorption of three kinds of dried woods were also tested and analyzed at equilibrium state of 33% RH and 85% RH, respectively. The results show that there were significant differences in shrinkage, swelling and moisture adsorption among three kinds of dried woods. The shrinkage, swelling and moisture adsorption of HTD wood were minimal and those of FVD wood were maximal. The differential shrinkage of FVD wood was obviously lower than that of HTD and LTD woods. There was no significant difference in differential shrinkage between HTD and LTD wood. The differential swelling of FVD wood was obviously higher than that of other two kinds of dried woods in 33% RH environment, while the situations were reverse in 85% RH environment.
