摘要
为提高镀锌板防腐蚀能力,利用热力学计算软件计算了Zn电化学腐蚀过程的吉布斯自由能随温度的变化,从热力学角度分析了镀锌板腐蚀与温度变化的关系。绘制了25℃下Zn-H2O系和Zn-Al-H2O系电位-pH图,得出镀锌板的纯锌镀层和锌铝合金镀层电化学腐蚀倾向与外界环境pH值的关系,提出通过控制外界环境的电位或pH值来减缓或防止锌层腐蚀的方法。
Abstract:In order to improve the corrosive protection performance of galvanized sheet, the distribution of Gibbs free energy with temperature changes in the electrochemical corrosion of Zn process is calculated by thermodynamic calculation software, the relationships between the corrosion of galvanized sheet and variation of temperature at thermodynamics angle are analyzed. In addition, an attempt is made to obtain the relationship between corrosion tendencies of the galvanized sheet with pure zinc coating and zinc-iron alloy coating and environment pH value by calculating the Eh -pH diagrams of Zn-H20 system and Zn-A1-H20 system at 25 ℃. The analysis shows that how to slow down or prevent zinc coating corrosion by controlling corrosion potential or environment pH value.
