摘要
为预测和控制钢中V的析出物以及优化钢的成分,利用Thermo-Calc热力学软件对Mn16钢在不同温度下析出相的组成、相的析出温度、V的析出规律进行了计算,研究了C,N含量对V析出规律的影响。结合复型透射实验对V的析出行为进行了研究。结果表明:平衡态下微合金钢中的析出相主要为MnS,AlN,(TiV)(CN),(VTi)(CN)。微量的V可以在高温下的奥氏体中与Ti复合析出,形成(TiV)(CN);而钢中的V主要是以单独相的形式在γ→α"相间析出",形成VC。C含量的变化对V(CN)的析出行为影响不大,N对V(CN)的析出温度影响较显著,特别是N质量分数在0.02%~0.03%时,V(CN)的析出温度升高了124℃。
In order to predict and control V precipitates in steel and the composition of optimized steel, the phase composition,the precipitation temperature of phases and the precipitation behavior of V at different temperatures are calculated by using Thermo-Calc calculation software. The influence of C and N contents on the precipitation behavior of V is studied, and the exhalation Behavior of V is researched by TEM. The results show that precipitation phase in steel are MnS, A1N, (TiV) (CN), (VTi) (CN). The trace V can form (TiV)(CN)at high temperature by combining austenite with Ti, and V in steel mainly precipitate alone during the transformation of γ→α, forming VC. The change of C contents exerts little influence on the V(CN) precipitation behavior, while N has a significant effect on the exudation temperature of V(CN), especially N content is in the range of 0. 02-0. 03% ,the precipitation temperature of V(CN) is increased by 124 ℃.
