摘要
根据直升机液压附件维护要求,采用计算机辅助测试和虚拟仪器技术,构建并开发基于LabWindows/CVI环境的直升机液压泵测试系统。利用该CAT系统解决了柱塞泵回油流量的自动测试问题以及吸油压力、油温控制、油液清洗等问题,系统操作简便、稳定可靠。
To improve helicopter hydraulic pump maintenance ability, computer aided test （CAT） and virtual instrument technolagy were utilized to design and develop helicopter hydraulic pump test system based on LabWindows/CVI software. Computer aided test system for helicopter hydraulic pump has high reliability. Using the system, the questions of autotest of leakage through the case drain port, high inlet resistance and oil contamination were solved.
