摘要
产学合作被视为高职人才培养的必由之路。高职人才培养需要多向度的产学合作,而当前高职人才培养中的产学合作模式尚处于初期阶段,表现为单向度的产学合作。通过分析各方主体在产学合作中的应然与实然,探讨了高职产学合作的人才培养模式。
Industry-university cooperation is regarded as the necessary approach to higher vocational talent training. The cooperation should be multidimensional, but the present model tends to be primitive and sin- gle dimension. Through analyzing the expectation and realization of each subject in the cooperation, the paper discusses the favorable talent training model of industry-university cooperation for higher vocational colleges.
