摘要
从研究维度来看,新型农村合作医疗制度研究主要集中于宏观制度设计和微观运行机制两个层面。前者主要包括新型农村合作医疗制度价值研究、主体研究以及可持续发展研究。后者主要包括新型农村合作医疗制度筹资机制研究、补偿机制研究、监督机制研究和实证研究。当前,新型农村合作医疗制度研究取得大量有价值的研究成果,但仍然需要进一步深化。
From the dimension of research, the research on new rural cooperative medical care system has focused on two aspects of the macro-system design and micro-operational mechanism. The former includes mainly the value research of the new rural cooperative medical system, the main research and sustainable developmental research. The latter includes the research of new rural cooperative medical care system funding mechanism, the study of compensation mechanism, monitoring mechanism and the empirical research. At present, the research of new rural cooperative medical care system has achieved a great deal of valuable research results, but still needs further extensive investigation.
