摘要
针对以往瓦林吞股设计计算的缺陷,对未捻制和捻制状态股的参数进行分析,建立瓦林吞股通用数学模型。推导出股各层捻角、捻距、捻制圆半径和捻制钢丝直径配比等几何参数计算公式,给出结构设计的计算方法;运用切线法求解计算中遇到的一元三次方程;数学模型通过Delphi7编程并设计,由Delphi设计系统计算得到不同股捻距倍数下1-7-7+7和1-8-8+8股钢丝直径配比;并且画出以该设计结果为依据的钢丝绳中股绳捻制状态下的截面图,截面图中钢丝之间无缝隙重叠现象。
The general mathematical model of warrington structure round strand is established aiming at the design calculating defects of former warrington strand and through analyzing the parameters of unstranded and stranded state strand. The geometric parameter calculating formula of lay angle and lay length of different layers, the radius of laying circle and the ratio of laying wire diameter and so on was derived, and calculation method of the structure design is given. The simple cubic equation encountered in the calculation is solved by using tangent method. The mathematical model is programmed and design through Delphi7. The steel wire diameters ratio of 1 -7 -7 + 7 and 1 -8 -8 + 8 strands in different strand lay length multiples are calculated by Delphi design system. And the cross-sectional view of wire rope strand and rope in twisting state based on the result of the design result is drawn, in the figure there are no gap and overlap phenomenon between steel wires.
