摘要
目的:探讨经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图对多发孔房间隔缺损(MASD)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术证实的35例MASD。结果:35例MASD均经手术确诊,其中漏诊、误诊11例,诊断正确率68.6%(24/35)。结论:经胸彩色多普勒超声心动图对多发孔型房间隔缺损的诊断具有重要价值。
Objective：To explore Transthoraeie Color septal defect（MASD）. Methods：The data of 35 cases of multiple atrial septal defect（MASD） confirmed by surgery were retrospectively analysed. Results：ALL 35 cases are all confirmed by operations, including 11 cases of missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis,the diagnostic correct rate was 68.6% （24/35）. Conclusion：Transthoracic Color Doppler echocardiogranhv nlavs an imnortant role in diagnosis of mutilpe atrial sentum defect.
