摘要
高职教育的核心是实践教学,而教学实践依托于实训基地的建设、运行与管理。在政府的宏观指导下,高职院校和企业的有效合作是实训基地建设运行的关键,是工学结合人才培养的基础。农业高职教育作为职业教育的一种,具有普遍性,也有其特殊性。因此,政府、学校、行业、企业四方有效联动,能推动高职农类实训基地良好运行,体现农业高职教育的实践性、开放性和创新性。
The core of higher vocational education is practical teaching, and teaching practice relies on the construction,operation and management of practical training base. In the macro-guidance of the government, the effective cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises is the key to the operation of practical training bases＇ construction, as well as the foundation of talents＇ training with work-study combination, As one kind of vocational education, agriculture higher vocational education has its universality and particularity. Therefore, the four sides, including government, college, industry and enterprise, are linked effectively to advance the good operation of higher vocational agricultural practical training base and show its practice, opening and innovation.
