摘要
社会保障水平是经济社会运行状况的信号,过高有可能对消费和投资造成"挤占效应",进而影响国民经济的良性运行,水平不足将导致社会成员保障不足,国民福利减少。本文在对内蒙古社会保障支出水平测算的基础上,进行了城乡、区内外社会保障水平的对比,量化了内蒙古自治区社会保障的差距,进而提出内蒙古社会保障事业的优化路径。
The social security level is a signal of economy and society running status, if the level is too high, it is likely to cause consumption and investment ＂ crowding out effect＂ , thus takes a negative influence on the eco- nomic development. But low level will lead to inadequate security of the people and national welfare reduction. Based on the measurement of social security expenditure level, this article compares urban and rural security level, the security level of local and other provinces, domestic and aboard security level, quantizes the gap of social security level in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, finally proposes an optimization of social security career in Inner Mongolia.
