摘要
依法治国是社会主义政治文明的集中体现,是发展社会主义民主、实现人民当家作主的基本保证。依法治国不仅要有一套完备的法制体系,还要有社会公众对法律秩序所内含的基本价值的信仰。法律信仰是法治化进程的精神动力,增强全体公民的法律意识和法制观念,是全面落实依法治国基本方略的关键。培养法律信仰的基本路径包括:破除权力本位,树立法律权威;增强社会公众的权利意识;加强对国家公职人员特别是执法、司法人员的教育和管理;疏通从利益需求认同到法律价值认同的渠道;完善赏罚机制,促进司法公平。
ule of law is embodied of Socialism political civilization as well as basic guarantee of Socialism democracy and realization people to become masters . Rule of law not only need a complete legal system but also social public faith of basic value in the law order Faith in the law is spiritual motivation of process of rule of law ,it is the key to implement rule of law basic strategy to enhance legal awareness and legal concepts of all citizens . The way to cultivate faith in the law include these ： Get rid of the rights - based, establish legal authority; Enhance public awareness of their rights ; to strengthen the national public officer education and management especially in law enforcement and judicial officer ;unbloeked the channel from the interests demand recognition to the recognition of the value of law; perfect reward and punishment system, promote judicial fairness.
