摘要
喷金是薄膜电容器制造过程中的关键工序,介绍了薄膜电容电弧自动喷金机控制系统的总体设计,采用触摸屏与PLC控制。提供两种链条运行速度及单向喷金与往返喷金两种喷金方式选择,提高了工作效率;提供粗细两种颗粒喷涂及采用固定起点喷金方式,有效提高了喷金质量及喷金质量一致性;采用喷腔室外安装喷金起止点位置检测开关及电子驱动电路驱动液压阀,减少了设备故障率。
Metal spraying is the key process of film capacitor manufacuring. The general design of control system for film capacitor arc automatic metal spraying machine is introduced by using touch screen and PLC, Two chain operation speeds, and two kinds of mode selection as unidirectional metal spraying and round metal spraying metal spraying are provided for improving the working efficiency. Using the coarse and fine particles spraying and fixed start metal spraying way can effectively improve the metal spraying quality and the consistency. The metal spraying stopping point position detection switch and electronic drive circuit drive hydraulic valve can be installed outside the spray chamber outdoor to reduce the equipment failure rates.
