阵发性心房颤动患者经厄贝沙坦与胺碘酮治疗的临床分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析临床治疗阵发性心房颤动时联合应用厄贝沙坦与胺碘酮的疗效。方法:对笔者所在医院2008年1月-2010年7月收治的121例阵发性心房颤动患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分为两组,A组予胺碘酮联合厄贝沙坦治疗,B组予胺碘酮治疗。结果:在9个月后比较两组患者的窦性心律维持率及心房内径变化,A组明显优于B组。结论:临床应用厄贝沙坦与胺碘酮联合治疗阵发性心房颤动,可以更好地改善患者左心房功能,有效降低颤动的复发,良好的维持窦性心率。
