上消化道造影和CT扫描诊断胃部肿瘤应用价值比较 被引量：5

摘要 目的比较上消化道造影和CT扫描诊断胃部肿瘤的应用价值。方法将我院2010年5月—2011年5月收治的胃部肿瘤患者88例随机分为2组,A组患者采用上消化道造影诊断;B组患者采用CT扫描进行诊断,比较并分析两种检查方式的结果。结果 CT扫描检测出胃部肿瘤人数比上消化道造影检测出的多,检出率高,CT扫描对淋巴结转移的敏感性和特异性高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CT扫描比上消化道造影检出率高,在检测胃部肿瘤方面更加准确,值得在临床推广。
