神经营养剂联合治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察神经生长因子(NGF)和神经节苷脂(GM1)联合应用对中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法将足月儿中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿150例随机分为NGF治疗组、GM1治疗组、NGF与GM1合用治疗组,观察比较3组临床疗效。结果合用组总有效率为96%,后遗症发生率为6%;NGF组总有效率为82%,后遗症发生率为22%;GM1组总有效率为84%,后遗症发生率为20%,合用组总有效率、后遗症发生率分别与NGF组、GM1组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经生长因子联合神经节苷脂对中重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有协同治疗作用,可提高早期治疗效果,减少后遗症的发生,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of nerve growth factor(NGF)and ganglioside (GM 1 )on moderate or severe neonatal hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods 150 full-term children with moderate to severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into NGF treatment group,GM1 treatment group, NGF and GM1 combination therapy group, the three groups were compared. Results Total effective rate in the combined group was 96%, sequelae incidence was 6%, total effective rate in the NGF group were 82% and the sequelae incidence was 22% ,total effective rate in GM1 group was 84% ,the sequelae incidence was 20%, total effective rate in the combination group and sequelae incidence with NGF group, GM1 group differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions To joint ganglioside of nerve growth factor in severe neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy treatment has a synergistic effect which can increase the effect of early treatment effect and reduce sequelae, it is worthy of clinical application.
