FOUNDED in 1952, China University of Geosciences in Beijing （CUGB） is a national key university under the direct auspices of the Ministry of Education. Over the past 60 years, it has developed from a geological college tbcused on a single discipline to a multi- disciplinary comprehensive university, offering courses in geology, natural resources, environment and geological engineering.
