摘要 基于电位列阵的金属管道(容器)在线腐蚀检测方法又称为场指纹法(field signature method,FSM)。FSM是一种新型的石油、天然气管道腐蚀监测技术。它通过检测管道外部探针极间电压的变化来实时监测管道的健康状况。由于电极间的电位差极其微弱(30μV左右),且不可避免的会有噪声的存在,这对信号的进一步分析处理造成了很大的困难。为此,需要采用精密电压放大技术。主要介绍精密电压放大电路的设计及其在FSM管道腐蚀测量系统中的应用,本电路实现了将微弱信号放大到需求量级,尽可能滤除了其中的噪声成分,并对模拟信号进行转换显示,为接下来的信号分析处理工作做好了准备。 Online metal pipe corrosion monitoring method based on potential-array is also known as field signature method(FSM).FSM is a new method which is used to monitor pipe corrosion of petroleum and natural gas.The real-time degree of corrosion is monitored by detecting the change of electric potential difference between the electrodes on tube exterior.The signal is extreme weak(about 30 μA) and there will be the inevitable presence of noise.This causes great difficulties for further analysis and processing of the signal.So the precision voltage amplification technology is needed to be used.This paper describes the desjgh of the precision voltage amplifier circuit and its application in the pipe corrosion detection system.The design can amplify the weak signal to the appropriate level.It filters the noise component in the signal as much as possible,and completes the conversion and display of the analog signal,and it prepares for the next signal analysis and processing work.
