摘要
高压脉冲在工业、科研、医疗、生活、安保等领域有着广泛的应用。设计了3kV和5kV可调的高压脉冲电源,这样的高压脉冲电源电压可以随需要而改变。对于使用频谱分析气体成分时,可用于解决离子迁移问题。由于高压的IGBT器件被某些发达国家垄断,提出了一种解决方案:利用普通的MOS管通过串联方式得到的MOS组代替高压IGBT器件实现高压电子开关,并利用电压反馈的方式实现了高压可调。通过实验结果,可以看出本方案的可行性以及优越性,为以后研究带来启迪作用。
High voltage pulse has a wide range of applications in the industrial,scientific,medical,life,security and other fields.A 3 kV and 5 kV adjustable high-voltage pulse power supply is designed in this paper,which can change with the need and can be used to solve the problem of ion migration for the spectral analysis of gas composition.The technology of high-voltage IGBT devices monopolized by some developed countries,we have to find a good alternative.This paper proposes a solution:firstly,the MOS group by using ordinary MOS transistor instead of high voltage IGBT devices to achieve high-voltage electronic switches;secondly,use voltage feedback to achieve a high-pressure adjustable.From the experimental,we can see the scheme feasibility and advantages,and it can bring inspirations for future research.
