肝脏癌肉瘤和结肠癌原发性双重癌1例

摘要肝脏癌肉瘤临床少见，肝脏癌肉瘤和结肠癌原发性双重癌更是鲜有报道，现将我院诊治的1例报告如下。1病案摘要患者女性，46岁。因肝肿瘤术后半年，发现右侧腹部包块1月余，于2011年3月16日入院。患者于2010年8月24日行体检，腹部超声检查提示肝内占位性病变（图1）。
