摘要
目的 :探讨血清中白细胞介素 - 6(IL- 6)水平与宫内节育器 (IUD)存在的关系。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验测定 64例置器妇女 (试验组 ,试验组又分为置器出血组和无出血组 ) ,以及60例健康妇女 (对照组 )血清中 IL- 6水平 ,同时测定两组血清中 C-反应蛋白 (CRP)水平。结果 :试验组 64例中有 31例血中 IL- 6水平升高 ,与对照组相比差异显著 (P<0 .0 1 )。但其中置器出血组与不出血组中 IL- 6水平无统计学差异 (P>0 .0 5)。试验组及对照组血清中 CRP检验结果均为阴性。结论 :宫内节育器引起子宫内膜无菌性炎症反应 ,导致部分妇女血清中 IL- 6水平升高。IL-
? Objective:To discuss the relationship between the serum level of interleukin6 (IL6) and the presence of an intrauterine contraceptive device (IUCD).Methods:The experimental group was subdivided into the bleeding and the nonbleeding groups which consisted of 64 women with IUCD.There were 60 healthy women in the control group.The serum levels of IL6 and Creactive protein (CRP) were detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in both groups.Results:In the experimental group,the serum levels of IL6 in 3 cases were increased,and there was a significant difference in comparison with those of the control group (P<001),but there were no statistical differences between the bleeding group and the nonbleeding group with IUCD (P>005).Serum CRP was negative both in the experimental groups and in the control group.Conclusion:The nonbacterial endometrial inflammation induced by IUCD causes the increase of serum level of IL6 in some women.It is suggested that IL6 may play an important role in the contraceptive mechanism of IUCD.
