摘要
针对当前农业环境的污染和破坏情况,指出应通过加强农业环境政策法律建设,完善政府职能,健全环境管理体系,加强环境执法力度、深度,加强环境宣传教育,增强公众环保意识等措施,从而推进农村建设。
Based on the pollution and destruction of the current agricultural environment, the measures to strengthen the construction of agricultural environment policy and law, perfect the function of the government, improve the environmental management system, strengthen environmental law enforcement were put forward to promote rural construction.
