Influencing Factors on Caking of Compound Fertilizer and Their Countermeasures

摘要 针对复合肥结块较严重的特点,分析了复合肥结块机理,阐述了其影响因素,包括复合肥配方、颗粒含水量、颗粒形状和粒度、温度及杂质含量等,并从减少化学反应、降低产品的含水量、降低包装温度、改善产品储存条件、提高颗粒粒度及添加防结块剂等方面提出了一系列应对措施,为有效解决复合肥产品结块问题提供了参考。 According to serious caking characteristic of compound fertilizer, the caking mechanism analyzed in the paper, and its influencing factors including formula of compound fertilizer, grain shape and size, temperature and impurity content are also expounded. A series of of compound fertilizer is moisture content, particle are put forward from the aspects of reducing chemical reaction, reducing water content, reducing package temperature, improving product storage conditions, increasing particle size and adding anti-caking agent, which provide reference for effective resolution of caking of compound fertilizer.
