摘要
免振捣轻骨料混凝土无需振捣,靠自重可自由流变,均匀性、密实性好,质量轻,与普通混凝土相比具有更优的耐久性、耐火性和保温隔热性能,且工程造价大大降低.但是由于其在振捣过程中和大坍落度浇筑过程中容易发生轻骨料上浮、飘移等工作性能变差的问题,导致泵后混凝土匀质性变差,影响其强度的增长和耐久性.通过对轻骨料混凝土配合比的设计试验研究,得到了泵送匀质性较好的轻骨料混凝土,并在实际工程中得到了成功的应用.
Vibration-free lightweight-aggregate concrete does not need vibrators, but free rheological uniformity by gravity, good compactness, light weight, and better durability, fire resistance and thermal insulation performance, than ordinary concrete, and the project cost will be greatly reduced. But due to the pouring process and large slump in vibrators process, lightweight aggregate float, drift, and other working poor performance lead to the concrete homogeneous deteriorate after pumping, affect its strength growth and durability. This article studies lightweight aggregate concrete with design and test of pumping better homogeneity of lightweight aggregate concrete, and finds a successful application in practical engineering.
